Teacher status

In these days it is a really hard duty to be a ^good teacher^. The relationship teacher-student is a special bond that forms and shapes both sides.
Certain events can be so stressful so they make teacher ask himself ^ was it a right call to be a teacher^. The special bond between teacher and a student has been evolving in a way that no one expected. Less and less respect is being shown to the teachers and on the other hand teachers are being less educated and prepared for their classes-subjects.
East European countries have a huge problem with, ^ not enough educated^ teachers.
It is not just the approach and a way of teaching it is also the basic and formal knowledge teachers need to have. Being a teacher is a complex duty and it asks for a complete personality and devotions.
Countries should have more control in the process of selection and choosing the right teacher for a right subject but also to try to regain respect and social status that teachers deserve to have.
